Home baked items made for the refined taste buds. Those that prefer baked goods which are not overly sweet. My preference is to use cream cheese frosting and using jams sweetened with fresh juices or lower sugar jams. I make gluten free cookies and cakes. Choosing to be healthy does not mean that a person should deny themselves from sweets. Therefore I am of the belief that if you have the cake then you should be able to eat it without feeling guilty.
