CANCELLATION POLICY: We offer order cancellations if done within 12 hours of original order time.   RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: Due to the nature of our items being individually handmade, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, there are occasionally unique circumstances and your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions or issues with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.     SPLINTER POLICY: All of our items are made of 100% natural wood. Wood has been known to occasionally attack humans in the past via falling in the woods (if audible), or by piercing human skin with a tiny pointy protrusion of itself (a splinter). During our production process we do our best to prevent any of these attacks from occurring by utilizing the abrasive qualities of non-wooden materials (i.e. sand paper). However, if a rogue splinter emerges at some point during the life of one of our objects, we cannot be held responsible and encourage your to reach out to you nearest health professional or parent.
