Description
Grown by the Nahuala cooperative in the state of Solola from the rural village of Pasac. The members are part of Guatemala’s indigenous Mayan population that live and work around Pasac between 2000 and 4000 meters of elevation in one of Central America’s most lively volcanic locations. The coffee varietals consist of Catual, Caturra, Bourbon, Tipica, and Catimor. We roast this coffee on a bed of hot air that removes the smoke generated from roasting beans, providing a clean tasting cup of coffee, so you can enjoy all the subtle flavor notes of this exceptional coffee.
