Lost, Stolen, or Damaged—Once It Crosses the Threshold

"Once your package leaves my hands, it is in the forces of the unknown—cough—USPS—cough. If it vanishes or is claimed by shadowy forces, I cannot retrieve it from the void."
  • Once your package is in the hands of USPS, it is out of mine. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, cursed, or mysteriously vanished shipments.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, check with USPS or your local post office first—sometimes they hold packages hostage. Should you experience an issue, please reach out—I’ll help where I can!
  • However, if your item arrives damaged, send me a photo within 48 hours, and I’ll work on a resolution—no blood oaths required.

Refund Policy

Refunds—A Matter of Fate

Refunds are granted only in cases of damage or grievous error on my part. If your order arrives shattered, mangled, or otherwise unfit for display, send photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt, and we shall work toward a remedy—be it a replacement or, in the most dire of cases, a refund.
 
Should a package mysteriously vanish into the abyss of postal misfortune, reach out, and we shall consult the scrolls and manuscripts—or the receipt's tracking numbers—to determine its locus.  
 
 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations—A Window into the Henceforth

You have 48 hours to cancel your order, should you wish to unwrite history. After that, the gears of creation have turned, and there can be no reversing time.
 
 

Returns—The 'Art'ifacts Must Be Intact

You may return a non-custom piece within 14 days of its arrival, should it not suit your collection, provided that it remains in pristine, unaltered condition—no scratches, no signs of distress, and certainly no unexplained marks. You are responsible for return shipping. Upon safe passage back to me, your refund shall be arranged.
 
Custom art, however, is a different beast. It is leashed by an even stronger bond. Once commissioned, it cannot be undone. Once created, it is yours forever, bound by the blest contract of artistry. No returns on custom orders.
