Shipping Policy

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders go out on our next shipment day from the day of orders. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. (Example: If you order on Saturday, your order will ship on Tuesday or if you order on Monday your order will be shipped on the next shipment day.)

Refund Policy

The purchased item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds need to be done within the 30-days of purchase. Return I have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Item(s) must be in its original packaging. If it is past the 30-days, unfortunately I can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. All return shipping cost at the cost of the customer.   Cancellation Please note, if you wish to cancel an order after placement, please contact us before next shipment day. Shipment days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.   Exchanges The best way to process your return/exchange promptly would be to contact me at FIZZbathbodycare@yahoo.com. Send a brief description of why you need to make a return/ exchange. This will also insure that it is processed specifically to our needs.
