These satin scrunchies can be silk dupes because they have that same silky look. All JBV scrunchies are made for comfort and durability. (It can last longer than a typical hair tie.) JBV scrunchies went through a trial and error phase before the set dimensions were cut. Every piece is unique.

Shipping Policy

All products will be processed during the week and shipped on Mondays or Thursdays. Once your product is shipped, you will get a notification. If a product is damaged during transportation, I will send out a replacement product. PICK UP If you decide to pick up, you can pick up your order at my work place during operating hours a few days after you placed the order. 2711 Del Paso Rd #130, Sacramento, CA 95835

Refund Policy

We allow refunds on orders only if the item still has the tag in place. Due to the nature of our products, if the tag is not in place, a refund will not be made. Please read our return policy. Cancellations If you decided to cancel an order, please make sure it is before the weekend. This means that you have to cancel your order before it is processed. If it has been processed already, please read the refund policy. Returns If you decide to return a product, it should still have the tag in place. Returns are also not accepted after 1 month.
