Address                                                                                                            It is very important that you write the correct address, if you know that you misspelled your address or did not put an apt/unit number please send us a message to 1(951)536-2635 We cannot intercept a package after it has already left our facility regardless if it was with the incorrect address nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned back to our facility. ANY PACKAGE THAT IS RETURN BACK TO US DUE TO A WRONG ADDRESS, YOU MUST PAY FOR A NEW SHIPPING LABEL.

Lost packages                                                                                             Casa Chavel provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received, you must contact UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them.  We will do our best to assist you, but Casa Chavel does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Casa Chavel does not hold responsibility for packages that are damage BY UPS, FEDEX or THE POST OFFICE. It is your responsibility to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Paquetes perdidos                                                                                  Casa Chavel ofrece a sus clientes la opción de rastrear sus paquetes.
