- Upon verification of the damage, we will offer a refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. We are not responsible for shipping the damaged item back. However, we can assist you in obtaining a discounted postage tag, if you prefer.
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. One order has been made, there is no cancellation.
