Shipping Policy

We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 days. Refund Policy

If your purchase didn’t work for you, that’s okay. We accept store exchanges or issue store credit minus shipping costs for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of your order date.

All sale items are FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credits.

Certain products may not be eligible for returns, these items will be labeled as FINAL SALE in the products listing.

We will only accept returns of items purchased from Petite Fleur. Petite Fleur items purchased from a 3rd party retailer must be returned through their channels.
