I agree to pay a non-refundable wedding date reservation fee (the “Reservation Fee”) of $  considered a deposit of 50% toward the cost of Proposal Order to Stems Flower Bar,  when this Agreement is signed. I understand that Stems Flower Bar,  will rely on my wedding date reservation to schedule its other clients and vendors many months in advance and will suffer significant damages that are difficult to quantify if I cancel my wedding date. Therefore, I understand and agree that (1) Stems Flower Bar will not reserve my wedding date until the Reservation Fee is paid, and (2) if I cancel or postpone my wedding date, Stems Flower Bar will not return this Reservation Fee.

 2.  The Initial Payment covers 50% of the cost of the wedding floral services (the “Services”) provided by Stems Flower Bar and must be paid at the time the proposal is accepted. If full payment is not received within seven (7) days prior to the wedding date, Stems Flower Bar will cancel the date and retain retail cost of flowers purchased. I understand that Stems Flower Bar may cancel my wedding date reservation if I don’t pay the fees on time.

 3.  The Reservation Fee covers one (1) complementary floral design appointment. I agree to pay $65.00 per appointment for any additional in person design appointments, however, email and phone discussions or Pinterest communications as long as not extensive (over 5) are free to clients. The  complementary floral design appointments can be by phone, place of business, home or another meeting place determined by the client and Stems Flower Bar.

 4.  I understand if I wish to request any revisions after my Proposal Order is signed, I must do so no later than 15 days in advance of my wedding date and it must be in writing. Any revisions I request are subject to the discretion of Stems Flower Bar.

 5,  I understand that all vases and containers used in the wedding are the property of Stems Flower Bar and will be picked up after the end of the wedding. If containers or vases are needed by the Bride they must be returned within 5 days of the wedding date.  Unless Stems Flower Bar has expressed or noted an exception.   If not, then Stems Flower Bar will charge me replacement costs of vases and containers and my credit card will be charged for these items and I will receive an invoice for these charges. 

6.  I also understand that flowers are perishable items and it is the customer's duty to review the order upon delivery.  After the items are delivered, we cannot be held responsibility for any damages after our company leaves the venue.  If by chance, there is a problem with the item delivered it is the customers responsibility to let us know at time of delivery and we will either replace or fix the item. or give a refund to the customer’s credit card and processing times may take 5-7 business days

7.  I understand that my payment will be processed via electronic payment means and the receipt will be generated during the payment process. Stems Flower Bar doesn't keep personal information, nor do we keep credit card information stored.  Each and every time I request a change on my order a new proposal will be generated, and Stems Flower Bar will send this updated receipt and I will have to provide a payment means to the staff at Stems Flower Bar to generate the payment via the PayPal portal.

 8.  It is the customers responsibility to review the order and sign off on the order during delivery.  Stems Flower Bar will deliver the flowers but after the delivery is made and the order is signed off, Stems Flower Bar is not responsible for the condition of the flowers or if a flower falls out of a bouquet or any other claim on the condition of the flowers or the container or the designs.

9.  Bride agrees to communicate any color and or flower variety preferences.  Stems Flower Bar has advised Bride of possible seasonal substitutions and availability.  Substitutions may need to be made and are based on availability, or uncontrollable/unforeseen circumstances.  By signing, Bride authorizes floral substitutions within a specific chosen color palette.

10.  Stems Flower Bar has agreed to set up event florals.  Providing a limited set table without glass or stemware present.  Stems Flower Bar will not be responsible for broken glass in the case of a fully set table.  Add’l setup fees will be incurred if the settings have to be removed and replaced.
