Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Teri Sue Creations.  The terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy are below. All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Please note that there could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Free Shipping to the continental 48 states plus Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping:  We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Overnight delivery is not available at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at TeriSueCreations@Gmail.com with your name and order number. We will Include a tracking link to track your order once items ship and a tracking number is available. We only ship USPS first class or USPS Priority mail at this time.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.  We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at TeriSueCreations@Gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Your Order Cancellation Rights

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.
Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date on which You received the Items.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The Items were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Items are unused and in its original condition
  • The Items are in its original packaging
We will refund the full order amount for the return within 14 business days after we receive the returned Items. We will use the same means of payment used for the Order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Items. You should send the Items to the address listed on the shipping label. We cannot be held responsible for Items damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Items or proof of received return delivery.
