If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, then we offer a full refund if (1) the product(s) was purchased in the last 30 days directly from our shop, and (2) the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or used. Contact us at mattolevalleynursery@gmail.com to start the refund and return process. Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method once the product is received in good unused condition. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, or is defective, then please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will either ship you a new product or give you a full refund. Be sure to keep the original damaged or defective product so that we can file a claim with the shipper. Photos of damage will be required.
