Shipping Policy
Front Desk Supply will ship from our warehouse the same day for orders received prior to 12 PM PST, not including weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment center is open Mondays thru Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to big sales (i.e. Black
Friday), carrier delays (i.e. weather), or global events (i.e. Covid19). Please allow your tracking information 24 hours to update before sending us an email. If you would like to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible! Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $75 with destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. The other states and territories will have rates calculated at checkout, and based on destination. Orders less than $75 will be charged a $7 Standard Shipping fee.
Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. For our Standard Delivery, we use a variety of carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, UPS, Pirateship, Shippo, Unishippers, and DHL depending on package size, service type, and destination.
All orders ship from Southern California.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery date. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any request(s) received after 15 days from post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: obviously signs it has been worn (i.e. deodorant stains, sweat stains, strong odors, makeup stains, grass stains, dirt stains), if the item has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At Callista Rose, your happiness is our objective. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to see how we can make you happy or return the item with original tags intact and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date. Send your request for refund to jackie@callistarose.com with: • Name • Date of purchase and • Order number. You are responsible for return postage. Refunds are issued back to
the original form of payment or as store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after 30 days from the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will issue you a full refund/exchange and you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the exchange/refund is due to buyers remorse, you will be responsible for return shipping on the item.
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Accessories (e.g. hats, handbags, socks, hair accessories, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, belts, key chains)

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received.
