Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
- Delivery Regions: We ship live fish, coral & dry goods only within the continental United States to ensure safe and timely arrival.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped Monday & Thursday to avoid delays over the weekend.Depending on when you placed your order it will be shipped on the closet day (either monday or friday) Orders placed after 1 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 1-2 business days of shipment for optimal livestock health. Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the order ships.
- Overnight Delivery: All live fish and coral are shipped using priority overnight delivery to ensure they arrive alive and in good health.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping rates vary based on the weight and destination of the order.
Refund Policy
We’re committed to providing you with healthy fish, vibrant corals, and quality marine products. We strive to ensure every order arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may arise during shipping. Below is our policy on refunds and replacements.
Must Email a picture of any fish or coral that is DOA or within the first 24hrs for a replacement. No Refunds only Store Credit
Dry Goods returns and exchanges must be done with in 30 days
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. After 24 hours, all sales are final, and cancellations are not permitted due to the perishable nature of live fish and corals.
- Special Orders and Custom Requests cannot be canceled once placed, as these items require additional care and preparation.
