Shipping Policy
All coffees are roasted fresh to order and all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Refund Policy
We want you to love our coffee as much as we do. If not, we’re here to help you select just the right coffee for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to make an exchange from the date you received it. You must return the item in its original packaging. Shipping charges to and from our roastery are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For Items Damaged in Transit - If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Take a picture of the damaged product and shipping caja. We’ll send a replacement order immediately and contact you with directions for sending us your photos so we can submit a claim with our shipping partner.
For a Lost or Stolen Package - If the carrier shows proof of delivery to your address, we suggest you check directly with the carrier.
Error in Coffee Ordered - Oops, did we send you the wrong item? Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll correct the issue as soon as we possibly can.
Defective Merchandise - You have 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Whatever the Problem - We want you to be 100% satisfied. If not, contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
