However, at the moment, we cannot pay 50% of the shipping costs yet.

Refund Policy

Unless, otherwise agreed upon by the customer and El Interprete Maya. We then, may be able to help in the shipping costs if it was an error on our side as the small business. Based on a individual case by case basis, we may provide a full-refund and/or exchange the products, while also helping with a n agreed percentage of or cover up to a 100% of the shipping costs.
All this is a case by case basis. Otherwise, it is no refunds or coverage of shipping costs, unless agreed upon by the customer and El Interprete Maya.
