Shipping Policy

Order processing time is 2–5 business days for standard items with an additional 3–6 days in transit for delivery. Customized orders have variable processing times and can be discussed directly with a customer support representative via email at customersupport@4dotstudios.com. Shipping charges are estimated at the time of checkout and are based on shipping location and current published rates by the carrier. Our preferred shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS) but on occasion we also utilize FedEx or UPS if needed. If shipping charges exceed the original estimate, we may give you a call for overage authorization. 4Dot Studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is important to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to review of the product/problem upon receipt of the return and shipping charges are not subject to refund. After review we will authorize a store credit, refund, or send replace products of equal value.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

All returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number which can be obtained by contacting 4dot Studios directly at the Chico CA office via email at customersupport@4dotstudios.com. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Return claims must be made within 10 business days of the receipt of purchased goods. For orders with customization, production will not start until the digital proofs have been approved by you and payment is confirmed. In general, imprinted and customized items are not returnable, unless the item does not match the proof you were provided. For orders that are clearly advertised as original pieces of 4Dot Studios Fine Art, these items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
