Shipping Policy

USA SHIPPING: Please allow 3 days for us to process your order. Standard USA USPS shipping time frame is 3-7 business days. Priority USA USPS shipping time frame is between 2-3 business days. Shipping delays may still occur based upon carrier. Please note all: Orders placed on Fridays after 2:00pm PST will be processed on Monday the first Business day. If an item is out of stock for any reason, you will receive a notification via email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments within 24 hours of shipping. EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you would like expedited shipping on your purchase, we offer expedited shipping options via UPS within the United States. The cost of expedited shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Each manufacturer has differing rates on expedited shipping, so if you are in need of expedited service, please email sonyahernandez@recoverrestoregro.com so that we can obtain a quote for you. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified. Please note: Delivery time cannot be guaranteed. We encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES: Any shipments returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after shipment has left our warehouse will inquire a restocking fee of 25% of your order total. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We believe in the quality of our products.  Please report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution.  To report issues email us at sonyahernandez@recoverrestoregro.com. Include the order number and the reason for your request.  Each case is evaluated by a case by case basis.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RECOVER RESTORE GRO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER. ONCE YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY AT SONYAHERNANDEZ@RECOVERRESTOREGRO.COM WITH INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR SITUATION AND YOUR CLAIM NUMBER. Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange: ALL RECOVER RESTORE GRO HAIR PRODUCTS. Return Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your return, unless specified otherwise. ELIGIBLE RETURNS: Satin Pillow Cases A product eligible for return or exchange includes all products that meet the following criteria:
  1. Packaging and product are not altered in any way.
  2. Product has not been worn 
  3. Must be odor-free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange).
  4. Tags and original packaging are intact.
  5. Item and/or packaging is not damaged in any way.
  6. Request for return or exchange is made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.   Once the return handling fee and applicable restocking fee are applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order. We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date we receive your item at the warehouse. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect this refund on your statement. HOW TO RETURN SATIN PILLOW CASES Repackage your item(s) in their original packaging. Item(s) must have our tags intact and have not been damaged in any way. If your pillowcase is received by our warehouse and determined ineligible for exchange or returned, you will be notified of the option to return item to you at your cost or to donated to a cancer foundation.   Send email to: sonyahernandez@recoverrestoregro.com to notify us of your decision to return your item within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will process a RMA # and provide it to you within 2-3 business days. Write your RMA # in large bold, clear print in clear view on the outside of your box. IF IT IS NOT VISIBLE, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY OUR WAREHOUSE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS FOR ALL STORE ITEMS If you cancel a order after your order has been shipped, a restocking fee in the amount of $20.00 will apply. RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE FOR ALL STORE ITEMS Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should a order be damaged in shipping from the warehouse to you, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and email us at sonyahernandez@recoverrestoregro.com immediately so we may coordinate an exchange and reshipment of your items.
