To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. Refund Policy We offer refunds for eligible orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. Return Policy If you wish to return your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your artwork is returned safely. Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping fees or customs fees paid on international orders. Damaged or Defective Artwork If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
