Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, pending your specific personalization requests. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our products ship (unless otherwise specified) through First Class Mail at the United States Postal Service.
Shipment confirmation and Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Burning Mommy Designs is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do not accept returns. Please contact us if there is something wrong, we will do our best to work with you.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order.
Cancellations must be made in writing within 12 hours of purchase as these may be time-sensitive requests.
