Return & Exchange Policy For Purchases from Our Library Content All sales are final on purchases from the Custom Monologues and Scenes library that are downloaded from [CA ShopSmall WEBSITE ADDRESS] (the “Site”). Exchanges of content from our library are possible only before content has been downloaded. For Purchases of Our Custom Content All sales are final on original, customized written content after no more than three draft reviews and purchase unless otherwise negotiated.  That means draft 1 is written and reviewed by the client and feedback is provided to Custom Monologues and Scenes; draft 2 incorporates said feedback and is reviewed by the client and more feedback is provided to Custom Monologues and Scenes; draft 3 incorporates said feedback as a final draft and is available to the client to purchase.  If the client is unsatisfied with the final draft, the client can opt to:

1. If amenable to Custom Monologues and Scenes, request to have Custom Monologues and Scenes continue to work on the piece until finished at an additional percentage of the original rate per new draft for a limited number of drafts as outlined here: 

• If a fourth draft is needed, the original rate will increase 10%
• If a fifth draft is needed, the original rate will increase 20% (10% per draft)
• If a sixth draft is needed, the original rate will increase 30% (10% per draft); and so on. 

2. Cancel their order altogether if just the first draft was completed. If the order is withdrawn after a later draft, the client will incur a charge of 25% of the original fee to cover associated costs pertaining to the work that was completed. 

All customized content that is purchased by and accepted by the client will be unique to and solely the property of that client and will not be resold.  However, Custom Monolgues and Scenes has the right to use any content from a canceled order for resale or any other purpose as Custom Monolgues and Scenes sees fit. There are no exchanges on customized content. Copyright and Author Attribution Our monologues and scenes are copyright protected. No advance permission is required to use them in educational settings. Also, they may be used for auditions, performed in educational settings, used in school and community theatre performances, and video-recorded. Author credit must be attributed to the author named on the copyrighted monologue or scene purchased from Custom Monologues and Scenes.  Custom Monologues and Scenes must also be credited. This means:

• The author name and Custom Monologues and Scenes will be listed in performance programs, websites, and any other place where the title of the piece is listed and/or promoted, and where possible a link to Custom Monologues and Scenes will also be shared. 
• The name of the author and Custom Monologues and Scenes will be verbalized at the time of recitation and when/if an entertainment professional asks about the piece that was performed.

This applies to content downloaded from the Custom Monologues Scenes library, customized content, drafted content (purchased or drafted without purchase) without prior permission from Custom Monologues and Scenes. Any original ideas and concepts created and/or presented by Custom Monologues and Scenes are the sole property of Custom Monologues and Scenes and may not be used, changed, adapted, or revised without prior written request and receipt of permission from Custom Monologues and Scenes.
