Damaged Items:

To process a return for a damaged item, we may request clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Refund/Replacement:
Upon verification of the damage, we will offer a refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. We are not responsible for shipping the damaged item back. However, we can assist you in obtaining a discounted postage tag, if you prefer.
Cancellation:
