Shipping Policy:

  • Currently offering free shipping on all orders.

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Custom orders require additional time, approximately 3-5 days to prepare, as all products are handmade.  Additional time may be required for customized Resin projects to ensure product is completely cured and ready for use.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with the delivery of your order.

Please note:  At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Refund Policy: At Bohemian Skye, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality products that bring our customers joy, positivity and manifesting energy into your world.  We want our customers to be completely thrilled with their purchase, and therefore we provide refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders can only be refunded if the product is damaged during shipping. Generally, we do not provide refunds unless the product is defective.   1. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process an appropriate solution. 
  2. Return Policy: Due to the unique nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
