The client consultation is free and is one hour. I typically like to meet with potential clients to see what their needs are but most importantly that we have a
great vibe. It’s important that there is trust and openness to this process.

The Client Consultation is the essential, first step in the process because it gives us a clear vision of your needs and goals. The consultation includes full body
measurement, personal style questionnaire, personal shopping needs and budget.
Shipping Policy
I do work with clients from other parts of California and out of state. When clients contract me to shop for them and the items must be shipped, the client will be responsible for all shipping fees. I do place items in wardrobe boxes, so the items arrive in good condition. This may occur when a client requests a personal shopping or gift concierge service.
Refund Policy
I do not typically offer refunds because this is a service-based transaction.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Clients can cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to our meeting.
