Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. Holidays may cause delays due to post office closures. For digital deliveries, please allow 24-72 hour processing and delivery.
Refund Policy
All photography and videography sales are final. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase or quality of their product, retake sessions are available upon request.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers may return their products if damaged upon delivery. Damaged products may be replaced without an additional cost to the customer. Products may also be exchanged at equal or lessor value of original service. Should a customer exchange a service that is a greater value than the original service, the customer is responsible for the difference in service cost. In the event that an order is cancelled prior to the customer receiving it, a refund will be issued to the customer. Requests need to be submitted within 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
