Lost, Stolen, or Damaged—Once It Crosses the Threshold

• Once your package is in the hands of USPS, it is out of mine. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, cursed, or mysteriously vanished shipments.
• If your package is marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, check with USPS or your local post office first—sometimes they hold packages hostage. Should you experience an issue, please reach out—I’ll help where I can!
• However, if your item arrives damaged, send me a photo within 48 hours, and I’ll work on a resolution—no blood oaths required.
