Feeding Time Bird Feeder Holder was created to ask who is really being fed…the community birds the neighborhood cat?  It’s intent is to help support the loss of birds due to predatory creatures like our beloved house cat.  While we cannot stop cats from being cats, we can look at how we might be supporting Bird safety.  By hanging feeders away from cats reach, making sure the area under the feeder is not accessible to cats s well as the birds do clean up fallen seeds too.

Signature steel sculpture created with 1/4″ steel round bar, hand bent, welded, mounted to 1″ x 1/8″ steel flat bar, two holes drilled in the frame to mount to a wall, fence or arbor, approximately 25″ x 12″

Shipping Policy

At the time of purchase, shipping is not included in the original price as weight and destination are key factors to that cost. You will be contacted by Where The Metals Meet to discuss details of your order if it is not ready to ship when the order is placed (especially if it is a custom order). There will usually be two purchase transactions to complete the order of a project whether it's a custom or signature sculpture; 1)deposit~at least 1/2 the cost of anticipated total, paid at the time of the order 2)remainder of sculpture cost plus cost of shipping paid before the order is sent to it's new home.

Refund Policy

When an item is returned in its original packaging still in new condition within two weeks of its official delivery date, a refund will be issued in the form of a cashiers check, mailed back to the initial purchaser within 30 days of its receipt back to Where The Metals Meet. There are no refunds on custom designs that have been started (where supplies are purchased specific to that project) and absolutely no refunds on pieces that have been completed.  If the purchaser decides they no longer want the custom ordered piece and a deposit has been paid, there is no refund of the deposit but the client will not be obligated to pay for the finished project. Professionally contracted commissions are exempt from this policy, once a commissioned project goes into contract, there is no refund available.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations can happen if the purchaser reaches out to Where The Metals Meet within 48 hours of the original purchase.  After 48 hours, time and money has been allotted to that project and while cancellations can stop the order from progressing, there will be no refund on the initial deposit paid to Where The Metals Meet as materials will have been purchased that are not returnable. Returns-If an item is received and it is not what was expected, doesn't fit in the space provided, it can be returned, in its original packaging within two weeks of its arrival date.  Shipping will be paid by the purchaser, Where The Metals Meet does not reimburse for the cost to return a sculpture. Exchanges are only possible if returned item is received within two weeks of its arrival date to the original purchaser back to Where The Metals Meet.  Once the item is received back to the shop, you will be contacted to see what you would like to exchange your original purchase for.  The money from the initial order, will be applied to your exchange.
