If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to see how we can make you happy or return the item with original tags intact and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date. Send your request for refund to jackie@callistarose.com with: • Name • Date of purchase and • Order number. You are responsible for return postage. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after 30 days from the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (i.e.  deodorant stains, sweat stains, strong odors, makeup stains, grass stains, dirt stains), if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will issue you a full refund/exchange and you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
