Shipping Policy
Here at SF Gifts and Flowers we believe in high quality products and guarantee the utmost care when packaging and shipping our products. We take care to make sure we use environmentally friendly and reusable and recyclable packaging—while still getting our customers their package in a timely fashion. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product please contact us! We would love to know if any issues arise and how we could help circumvent them.
Shipping policy: Our orders are hand packaged and shipped straight from our home to your doorstep. Most orders ship within 4-7 business days. There may be some delays due to increased demand around peak seasons, or temporary shortages of a specific style or color. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items through production and on their way to you as fast as possible.
**All products are shipped USPS priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped. SF Gifts and Flowers is not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
***If you choose to personally pick up or drop off your item that can also be arranged. Please email sflowers2019@gmail.comto see if your product qualifies.
Refund Policy
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn and complete with tags. Returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be sent to the payment method used to process your order. Cost of return shipping restocking will be deducted from your refund, up to $7-10 per order.

How to Return:
To make a return you must have your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, as well the email you used to make the purchase.
We will email you a return slip and prepaid packaging label as soon as possible. Please package the item you are returning along with the return slip and seal the package. Drop off the return package with postage clearly visible at your local post office within 5-10 business days of receiving your return labels. We will process your return as soon as we receive the product.
