Shipping Policy
Orders normally get processed within 3 business days of placing your order. The estimated shipping time is within 4-7 business days. Casa Chavel will notify you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped via email.
We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.
Address                                           It is very important that you write the correct address, if you know that you misspelled your address or did not put an apt/unit number please send us a message to 1(951)536-2635
We cannot intercept a package after it has already left our facility regardless if it was with the incorrect address nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned back to our facility.
ANY PACKAGE THAT IS RETURN BACK TO US DUE TO A WRONG ADDRESS, YOU MUST PAY FOR A NEW SHIPPING LABEL.
Lost packages                                     Casa Chavel provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received, you must contact UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. We will do our best to assist you, but Casa Chavel does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.                      Casa Chavel does not hold responsibility for packages that are damage BY UPS, FEDEX or THE POST OFFICE.      It is your responsibility to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Refund Policy
Refund method and timing                         With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 14 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
Restocking fees                                     All items returned will inquire a 20% of item purchase price restocking fee if returned by any customer for any reason other than wrong item sent, defective or damaged products.
Like-new condition                              Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Return and exchange periods                      You have 14 days to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new products.
Special considerations                         Damaged, defective or incorrect items              If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange period to Casa Chavel and we will arrange for a replacement.
Product accessories and packaging               Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
Bundle discount and free items                    If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
