These hoops feature a large corrugated ball to accent the matte white howlite rondelles with gold veins, and also a pair of bronze Czech fire-polished rondelles and metal beads.

Shipping Policy
M Designs will ship the next business day for orders received prior to 10 PM PST, not including weekends or holidays. M Designs operates Mondays thru Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to big sales events (i.e. Black Friday or XMAS, carrier delays due to weather, or global events (i.e. Covid 19). Please allow your tracking information 24 hours to update before sending me an email.
- There is a flat rate of $7.00 for California, and a flat rate of $9.00 for the U.S. (48).
- Rates for other states and territories will be calculated at checkout and based on the destination.
- FREE Shipping when a minimum of $75.00 is spent (for CA)Â
- FREE Shipping when a minimum of $100.00 is spent (US)
- Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. For standard Delivery I use a variety of carriers, but mainly USPS.

Refund Policy
I personally hand craft all of my one-of-a-kind creations in California. Due to the uniqueness of natural materials, variations will occur in color. Patterns have some variations as well. Color can be slightly different from the picture due to monitor or phone screen brightness. I will do my best to accurately describe each item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be effective if I receive your email request within 1 hour of receiving your order, so please be aware! Returns are not offered, so please choose carefully. I will do my best to package your items safely and correctly in every order. However, occasionally, problems do occur.If items were damaged during shipping
I will repair or replace any item damaged during shipping; but damaged item(s) will need to be returned to M Designs. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise by sending an email to: Mhdesigns1016@gmail.com. I will email a pre-paid shipping label to mail back the product for a comparable item. Damages reported outside the 24 hour timeframe can still be exchanged but customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.Exchange Policy
Exchanges- Exchanges are offered on product within 7 days of receipt.
- Please email Mhdesigns1016@gmail.com for authorization to exchange.
- Merchandise must be returned in new condition.
- Â A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
- Returned item (s) will be substituted for alternate merchandise upon receipt of the returned product.
- Customer will be charged according to price differences.
- Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- One-of-a-kind items will be exchanged for a similar item at a similar price, based on what's in stock at the time of the exchange. If you specify a more expensive, available item, you (customer) is responsible for paying the difference before I ship the item.
