Floral Products: Please note that due to the perishable nature of our floral products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items. Return Policy for Other Products: All non-floral products are eligible for return within 20 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. Contact us to initiate the return process. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to return the original item. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as the shipping costs for the new item, which will be sent once we receive and process the returned item. Cancellation Policy for ALL Items: We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 5 hours of placing it.
