FLYOLOGY REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us @FLYOLOGY We offer refund and/or exchange within 30-days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund/and or exchange of any kind. which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items and gift cards, or special orders cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Damages and issues
We stand behind all our products, if your Fly ology apparel is flawed, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
