Return / Refund Policy

In the unlikely case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a painting or in-stock print for any reason, you may return it undamaged for a full refund. Email me, and I can guide you through the process. In the case of custom prints arriving with any defects we will issue a replacement at no charge. Custom ordered prints without damage/defects cannot be refunded. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURNS Once the return process has been confirmed via email all returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email me to start the return process. Instructions on how to package the item and where to ship it will be provided. For damaged items return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. We ask that you use a trackable method to mail your return so it doesn't get lost in the mail. For items returned for reasons outside of damage/defects the buyer will cover shipping. REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
