Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days and the typical delivery time of the USA is between 9 to 12 days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items and gift cards, or special orders cannot be  exchanged, returned, or refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

We stand behind all our products, if your Fly ology apparel is flawed, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately  so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original

payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
