What is your return policy? Please contact us at benpiercedesigns@gmail.com to inquire about returning  products purchased through our store on CA Shop Small and be sure to include your order number and the SKU of the item you are looking to return. No merchandise may be returned without written authorization from a Ben Pierce Designs representative. A request for written authorization for returning a product must be made within 60 days of its delivery. We cannot accept returns if the fixture has been installed or the box has been opened. All authorized returns are subject to handling, inspection and re-stocking charges of 35% of the original invoiced product amount. Ben Pierce Designs issues the appropriate credit within 30 days of receipt of the undamaged item. No credit will be issued on damaged items (outside of verified concealed damage) and the customer will be advised with pictures of the damage so they may file a freight claim with their chosen shipping company.  Delivery including shipping charges to Ben Pierce Designs of undamaged products is the responsibility of the customer. Please inspect all shipments within 30 days of receipt so that we can report any shipping issues to our freight and parcel carriers. What is your cancellation policy? To cancel an order please contact us at benpiercedesigns@gmail.com for approval within 24 hours of making a purchase and we will do our best to halt delivery. Shipped items that are cancelled must be in their original unopened boxes. Contact us to receive written authorization for returning cancelled products. Delivery including shipping charges to Ben Pierce Designs of undamaged products is the responsibility of the customer. What is your exchange policy?
