Gifts By Kenya Beach reserves the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activities. If we cancel an order, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Return Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item. Ā We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assess the issue. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and will either replace it or issue a refund.

Ā The product must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees.
