Damaged Items:
  • In the rare event that your personalized item arrives damaged, we are here to assist you.
Please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date by contacting our customer service at sbcreatives22@gmail.com. To process a return for a damaged item, we may request clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Refund/Replacement:
  • Upon verification of the damage, we will offer a refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. We are not responsible for shipping the damaged item back. However, we can assist you in obtaining a discounted postage tag, if you prefer.
Cancellation:
  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. One order has been made, there is no cancellation.
