- Shipping Method: We ship via USPS standard mail. You'll receive a tracking number once your product ships.
- Shipping Cost: We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders from our store, regardless of size.
Refund Policy
If you are approved for a return (see our return policy for more details), Â we will refund the full amount, minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Cancellations: You can cancel anytime before your order ships. Just send a message to ally@fibercuriousclub.com.
- Returns: Returns are available on most items within the shop: everything except our dried flowers. Please contact us to request a return. Once approved, you may ship the item back at your expense. If the item is returned in like-new, sellable condition, you will receive a full refund, minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges: We don't offer exchanges, but you may return the item (see above) and purchase an alternate one.
